Private Sessions
Private sessions at HB rugby provide the opportunity for sessions to be tailored exclusively to the athletes needs. Private sessions have the lowest coach to athlete ratio which provides the greatest opportunity for feedback and development of technical skills.
Team Sessions
Team sessions at HB rugby are designed based upon your teams requirements. HB Rugby will plan and deliver a session at your preferred time and place.
