Team Sessions
What are Team sessions?
Team Sessions are the most popular format that HB Rugby Delivers. Theses sessions are where we come to one of your training sessions and deliver based on your requirements. We have delivered all over the Waikato to teams of all levels from Premiership to 8th grade sides. No two sessions are the same and coaches are more than welcome to watch and learn from professional coaches working with HB Rugby!
Where & When?
We will make best efforts to attend your usual club training times! However, if this is not possible we will arrange a time that will suit both parties!
Format?
Sessions run for one hour and are very active! Often sessions will follow a game based approach where a lot of the learning is done through games or competitive drills! Usually the session will contain a 10 minute warm up followed by 50 minutes on the key objectives of the session.
Cost?
Basic Cost is $120 per hour but depending on travel distance to session and number of participants this cost may vary.
